Oh what a differance a day makes!!

The weather today was amazing, so off for a walk to the beach and to our suprise there was an Ironman/woman comp, so the day was spent swimming and taking photos of the event.

Feeling so sleepy, now why does a day at the beach do that?

Oh Robyn you're making me homesick for surfclub! I used to be a rower though - not much good at the ironwoman stuff! Mmm - I can almosttaste the salty air again - can't wait to get back to the west and the beach! oh and damn good piccies too I might add!
